Job Title: Health & Safety Advisor

Type: Full-Time/Contract/Temporary 
 

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to promote a culture of safety across our projects. You’ll provide expert guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, and work collaboratively with site teams to maintain the highest standards of workplace health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

• Provide guidance and training to project teams.

• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.

• Monitor HSE compliance and contribute to strategy development.

• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records.

• Engage with clients, regulatory bodies, and subcontractors on H&S matters.

Requirements:

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) required.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a construction or engineering environment.

• Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations and HSE legislation.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
