Role Overview:
As a Project Manager at Esparto, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end management of key construction and infrastructure projects. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure every stage of project delivery aligns with our company values and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate project teams through all phases from planning to handover.

Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary.

Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risk registers.

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar project management role (5+ years).

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and project lifecycle.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asta, or Primavera).

Relevant degree or professional qualification (e.g., PMP, APM).
